Regional Revitalization is the creation of a self-sustaining, sustainable and attractive society, with each area taking advantage of its features. In Japan, with the progress of industrialization and the increase of service industries, the influx of population from rural areas to cities has progressed for many years, and depopulation of rural areas has progressed. It is thought that the region will decline further due to aging and population decline. Although various regional revitalization measures have been taken so far, Tokyo over-concentration has progressed without being corrected at all.
